Аналітики оцінювали розвиток екосистеми відкритих даних за 40 індикаторами. Зокрема, йшлося про наявність нормативних документів у сфері відкритих даних, застосування принципу «єдиного вікна», публікацію пріоритетних наборів, їх відповідність принципам машиночитності, регулярність оновлення. Середній рівень виконання індикаторів серед міст становить 23,1%. Результат Києва – 44,3 бала – є найвищим у вибірці.

Для збереження освітнього процесу у Києві запровадили дистанційне навчання та «освітню міграцію» до закладів із гарантованим теплопостачанням

Наразі 39 шкіл міста працюють дистанційно. 14,8 % учнів навчаються онлайн. Механізм «освітньої міграції» застосовується у шести районах міста. Формат навчання може змінюватися відповідно до ситуації, при цьому безпека і здоров’я дітей залишаються безумовним пріоритетом.
