Дорожники замінили балки прогонових будов, влаштували мостове полотно та підпірні стінки, підсилили конструкції опор, збудували нові ригелі. Оновили дощову каналізацію, перильну та бар’єрну огорожі. Змонтували енергоощадне LED-освітлення. Облаштували тротуари з велодоріжками. Усі роботи виконали з урахуванням принципів безбар’єрності.

Цьогоріч Тиждень безбар’єрності вперше проводиться на національному рівні, і столиця активно долучається до ініціативи. Зокрема, у Києві досліджують доступність комунікації міської влади: стартувало опитування.

Участь можуть взяти всі повнолітні мешканці столиці – як місцеві жителі, так і внутрішньо переміщені особи. Особливо цінними будуть відповіді про досвід людей з інвалідністю, осіб старшого віку, батьків маленьких дітей і тих, хто може стикатися з бар’єрами в доступі до інформації та послуг під час звернення до соціальних чи адміністративних установ. Пройти опитування можна онлайн, телефоном, офлайн у соціальних і медичних закладах.

У Голосіївському районі облаштували безбар’єрний підхід до ЦНАПу

На ділянці від ЦНАПу до станції метро «Деміївська» і найближчих зупинок громадського транспорту понизили бордюрний камінь, що дає змогу безперешкодно рухатись людям на кріслах колісних, батькам із дитячими візочками та іншим пішоходам, і влаштували направляючу та попереджувальну тактильну плитку, яка полегшує орієнтування у просторі людям із порушеннями зору.

Також у столиці облаштують безбар’єрні маршрути від ЦНАПу на просп. Повітряних Сил, 41 до житлового масиву Кадетський Гай та від ЦНАПу на просп. Повітряних Сил, 40 до Центрального залізничного вокзалу («Південний»).

National Barrier-Free Week in Kyiv: Kyiv City State Administration presents initiatives for an open and accessible city

This year’s Barrier-Free Week is being held for the first time at the national level, and the capital is actively joining the initiative. In particular, the capital is looking into the accessibility of municipal communications: a survey has been launched.

All adult residents of the capital, both locals and internally displaced persons, are welcome to participate. Responses about the experience of people with disabilities, the elderly, parents of children, and those who may face barriers to access to information and services when applying for social or administrative services will be especially valuable. The survey can be completed online, by phone, and offline in social and medical institutions.

A barrier-free path to the to Administrative Services Center (ASC) was arranged in Holosiivskyi district

On the area from the ASC to the Demiivska metro station and the nearest public transport stops, the curbstones were lowered, allowing wheelchair users, parents with strollers and other pedestrians to move freely. Also, guide and warning tiles were installed to make it easier for groups with visual disabilities to navigate in the area.

Barrier-free routes will also be arranged in the capital from the ASC at 41 Vozdukhovykh Sylyv Avenue to the Kadetskyi Hai residential area and from the ASC at 40 Vozdukhovykh Sylyv Avenue to the Central Railway Station (Pivdennyi).
