Столиця продовжує створювати систему енергостійкості об’єктів критичної інфраструктури та житлових будинків

Як повідомив Віталій Кличко, в Києві впроваджують модель розподіленої когенерації. Йдеться про маневрену та гнучку систему ТЕЦ або міні-ТЕЦ, які одночасно виробляють електричну та теплову енергію. 6 таких міні-ТЕЦ почнуть працювати в столиці до кінця цього року. Ще одна – на початку наступного. Крім того, під час будівництва нових ТЕЦ споруджують захисні споруди 2-го рівня.

У закладах освіти Києва впроваджують гібридну систему резервного електрозабезпечення. Вона поєднує автономну генерацію, накопичувальні системи й елементи відновлюваної енергетики для оптимізації енергоспоживання. Так, 85% столичних шкіл і дитсадків мають альтернативні системи живлення.

Кількість пересувних котелень у Києві збільшиться до 70, і нове обладнання матиме більшу потужність

Ці котельні можуть бути задіяні у випадку знеструмлень у медичних та інших закладах соціального значення. Також у столиці підготували майже 300 генераторів різної потужності.

На будівництво нових і капітальний ремонт наявних захисних споруд Київ спрямував цього року близько 4 млрд грн

Загалом у столиці функціонують 4,3 тис. об’єктів цивільного захисту, і з початку повномасштабного вторгнення відремонтовано вже майже 2,5 тис. з них. Крім цього, на встановлення мобільних укриттів районним адміністраціям виділено понад 500 млн грн.

Цього року понад 700 локацій у столиці «Київавтодор» облаштовує за принципами безбар’єрності

Капітальні ремонти виконують комплексно: оновлюють проїжджу частину, тротуари, пішохідні переходи, освітлення, комунікації, розвивають велоінфраструктуру. Окрему увагу приділяють впровадженню безбар’єрних рішень – пониженню бордюрів, улаштуванню тактильної навігації та пандусів, встановленню ліфтів.

У Шевченківському районі завершили облаштування ще одного безбар’єрного підходу

Від зупинки громадського транспорту «Вознесенський узвіз» до підприємства об’єднання громадян «Київське учбово-виробниче підприємство № 3 Українського товариства сліпих» фахівці КП ШЕУ Шевченківського району нанесли тактильну смугу, понизили бортовий камінь на переходах, влаштували нове асфальтобетонне покриття тротуарів.

Safety in the city: this week, air raid sirens sounded 9 times. They lasted for a combined total of more than 8 hours 

The capital continues to develop an energy-resilience system for critical infrastructure facilities and residential buildings.

According to Vitalii Klitschko Kyiv is implementing a distributed cogeneration model. This refers to a maneuverable and flexible system of CHP plants or mini-CHPs that simultaneously produce both electricity and heat. Six mini-CHPs will begin operating in the capital by the end of this year, with another one launching at the beginning of the next year. Additionally, the second level protection structures are being built during the construction of new CHP plants.

Kyiv’s educational institutions are introducing a hybrid backup power system. It combines self-sustaining electricity generator storage systems and  renewable energy elements to optimize energy consumption. As a result, 85% of the city’s schools and kindergartens have alternative power supply systems.

The number of mobile boiler rooms in Kyiv will increase to 70, and the new equipment will have greater capacity

These boiler rooms can be used in the event of power outages in medical and other socially important facilities. Also, the capital has prepared almost 300 generators of various capacities. 

This year, Kyiv allocated nearly 4 billion hryvnias to build the new and overhaul the existing protective structures

In total, there are 4,300 objects of civil defence facilities, and since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, almost 2,500 of them were majorly repaired. In addition, district administrations have received over 500 million hryvnias to install mobile shelters.

This year, Kyivavtodor will equip more than 700 locations in the capital according to the principles of accessibility

The overhauls are made comprehensively: the roadways, sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, lighting, and communications are being renovated, and the bicycle infrastructure is being developed.

Special attention is paid to the implementation of barrier-free solutions – lowering curbs, installing tactile navigation, ramps, and elevators.

Another barrier-free access point has been arranged in the Shevchenkivskyi area

On the segment between the «Voznesensky Uzviz» bus stop and the Kyiv training and production enterprise No. 3 of the Ukrainian Association of the Blind, the specialists from the Shevchenkivskyi District Road Maintenance Department have installed a tactile stripe, lowered curbs at the crossings, and layered new asphalt concrete pavement sidewalks.
